The play was performed for the first time in Prague early in 1921 and subsequently executed in New York in 1922. In spite of the fact that Karel Capek introduced the word robot in his play, merely he gives acknowledgement to his brother named Josef.  The Czech’s root word robota implying donkeywork and slavery. In Capek’s play, the robot appears like humans were made as a slave. And eventually, they destroy us and rule the planet.
