Fine Dinner at Chubby China

What a great experience if I may say, and a well-loved dinner in this restaurant in the airport going to Vietnam. A lot of foods to be chosen, but I opted to choose sweet and sour fish fillet with shanghai rolls and a glass of ice tea to cover up my thirst from the travel. While awaiting for the ordered menu, me and my friend managed to took a shots over the restaurants as well as preparing our needed documents to be presented to the immigration desk. When the sweet and sour fish fillet with shanghai rolls served to us, I can't help but to say "wow", since this food is one of my favorite dishes from the start. My father loved to cook this dish as well and I loved the way he mixed all the ingredients that he has made for himself. 
I've got to try one of these days, his own version of his sweet and sour fish fillet. I just missed it a lot. Hope I can taste it once again.
