According to some research and studies that an inactive lifestyle is linked to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, excess weight and other health problems. So be aware of the dangers of physical inactivity to your health. To live a healthier life, eat the right amount of food, avoid from any indulgence to vices such as smoking and drinking, and be physically active all the time.
