PNoy’s Sona 2011

I’ve heard and read so many Sona’s before for many past leaders, but Pnoy’s Sona for me is quite interesting. Maybe because of using vernacular which is Filipino for his way of communicating to his people. I appreciate him for using Filipino in communicating to us, as Filipinos, and because of it he imparted his speech to us very well, thus, we understand him better. Maybe to some they find it so wearisome, but for me among those Sona I’ve heard before in my entire life, this is the most adept Sona in terms of communication, since I understand it more clearly compared to other Sona’s before. It’s just a simple speech and yet it catches my interest and I assumed many of the Filipinos also were captivated by it. 

Aside from the fact that he used Tagalog, he used also some figures to his explanations regarding issues and concerns from the past up to the present and even his plans for the future. But personally, I know that his Sona is quite shallow in terms of the contents of his plans and projects on how to solve our macroeconomic problems. There’s no specific solution to each projects or issues, I mean all his plans are explained in general. I’m not quite satisfied with it, but let’s hope for the best, and not judge him at this early. I understand him because for now he’s still in the process of learning everything, though some are not satisfied with his performance but I still have hopes and still believes in our government.  The government needs us might as well we need the government. Tending to impart new life and vigour or changing our system always came first from us, the least thing that we could do is to Discipline ourselves and follow our law and abides with it, and in this little way we would be able to help our country.
