How can I forget my elementary teacher and adviser as well? Although she passed away, I wanted to say to her that I am very fortunate and so thankful to be her student before. How I wish I had the chance to talked to her personally and thank her for all the teachings and precepts that she has imparted to me. All those things that I learnt and gain from her will be used aright. She knew that I never been into a preparatory school before or preschool so to speak when I entered my very first grading in elementary. I will never forget her teachings to me and her appreciations with me each time she says how fast I am to learn in our lessons. And it really boosted my ego then, inspires me and encourage myself to study and to strive even harder to be on top among the other students.
It really uplifts my spirit when she said that I have the best grades in the whole class. I am not lifting up my own chair, but that exactly means I am on top of them. I’m so grateful with that because she acknowledged my efforts and my dedication with my study. Being recognized in your study is really a worthy experience. Apart from this, without her gentle encouragements, of course I will not be courageous enough to be able to get those grades. Thank you ma’am for all those things you taught me, for encouraging me to pursue my aspirations and dreams, and thank you for all the knowledge that you contributed to who and what I am today and what I potentially can become. I will never forget you. May you rest in peace...
